The Herrick House is a lovely 85-unit assisted living residence offering an outstanding level of service. The Herrick House offers residents privacy and independence in their own apartment along with the opportunity to experience the benefits of being part of a community of their peers.

Living at The Herrick House creates a wonderful opportunity to socialize and participate in group activities, alleviating the isolation that is so common for elders today. The Herrick House is a not-for-profit organization, owned and operated by Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Personalized Care Plans

At The Herrick House, we offer a complete array of personal care services to meet your needs. In addition to assisted living, these include respite stays and our memory care Spectrum Program for people with cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease or other conditions.

We develop a care plan specifically for you. It addresses your physical, emotional and social needs. Together with you and your appropriate family members, we regularly review it to make sure you’re getting the support you need.

Nursing care from licensed nurses is available on-site 24 hours a day for those who need it. Because we’re on the campus of Beverly Hospital and part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, additional medical services are also nearby. This makes it easy for our compassionate caregivers to coordinate your care and ensure you receive needed treatments.
