The apartments at The Herrick House are both modern and private. They overlook our meticulously maintained gardens and grounds, offering both a scenic view and natural light.
Each apartment includes a kitchenette, featuring cabinet space, sink, refrigerator and microwave. The apartments also have heating and air conditioning that you control yourself. You can open the windows to get fresh air, as well.

Studio Apartments
The Wenham
This cozy studio apartment offers 360 square feet of space. You can easily arrange it to include a sleeping area and sitting area. A large closet and spacious bathroom highlight this well-designed space.
The Gloucester
The Gloucester is our large studio apartment. At 417 square feet, it’s equal in size to our Beverly one-bedroom apartment. The space offers a comfortable bedroom and living area as well as a convenient breakfast nook.
One-Bedroom Apartments
The Beverly
This one-bedroom apartment offers a substantial 417 square feet of living space. The combined living-dining area gives you an open floor plan and flexible living arrangement. It’s ideally designed for enjoying The Herrick House lifestyle.
The Manchester
At 516 square feet, this one-bedroom upgrade offers numerous ways to arrange the furnishings. You can keep it as a two-room unit with a spacious bedroom and an expansive combined living room and dining area. Or you can portion the living area into two rooms to create a second bedroom or a den/study.
Two-Bedroom Apartments
The Rockport
The Rockport offers a gracious 834 square feet. This exceptional apartment includes two bedrooms, two full baths and separate living and dining rooms. You enjoy four closets, including a large walk-in. With its generous living space and modern design, you’ll find that the apartment provides a decidedly upscale feel.
