The Herrick House is an assisted living community located on the campus of Beverly Hospital. You or your loved one can enjoy a beautiful, private living space with ample opportunities for socialization and recreation. Our health care services will help put you at ease if medical issues are a concern. Licensed nursing staff and resident care aides are on duty 24 hours a day. Our unique location on the upper campus of Beverly Hospital also offers easy access to doctors, outpatient care and round-the-clock emergency services. As a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, we can connect you or your family members to a comprehensive range of health care services.

Apartment fees at The Herrick House are priced on a per day basis and are determined by the style and size of the apartment chosen. We would be happy to help you decide which apartment style is best for you.
